- 1 lb (450g) fresh sushi-grade salmon, cubed
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 cup edamame, steamed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Nori strips for garnish
- Radishes, green onions, pickled ginger

STEP 1
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey to create the sauce
