- 1 cup corn kernels

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Cobbler topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, celery, and garlic. Sauté until softened
