  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F/45°C)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature

Directions

STEP 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the warm milk and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy

 

STEP 2

In a separate bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the flour, sugar, and salt

Add the frothy yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms
