  • 1/4 cup (60ml) hot water
  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

STEP 1

Place the finely chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Pour hot water over the chocolate, and let it sit for a minute. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly
