  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 slices of bread (preferably slightly stale)
  • Butter for cooking
  • Maple syrup and powdered sugar for serving

Directions​
